Haryana to Develop Four-Lane Highway Connecting Bilaspur to Kulana for Improved Connectivity

The Haryana government has announced a major infrastructure project to upgrade the road network between <b>Bilaspur and Kulana</b> into a <b>four-lane highway</b>.
