Chhattisgarh Women Receive Diwali Gift As Government Releases Mahtari Vandan Scheme Funds

In a major Diwali gift, Union Home Minister <b>Amit Shah</b> and Chief Minister <b>Vishnu Deo Sai</b> released the latest installment of the <b>Mahtari Vandan Yojana</b> in Chhattisgarh. The financial assistance was directly transferred during the closing ceremony of the state foundation festival. Under this flagship welfare initiative, a massive sum of <b>Rs 632.63 crore</b> was distributed to over <b>67.40 lakh eligible women</b> across the state through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT). The scheme aims to boost women's economic independence and social empowerment.
